Is a deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for all photography services À la carte services require a $25 non-refundable deposit. All deposits will be applied to final costs.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR SERVICES RENDERED?
Turnaround times vary based on chosen package.
For photography services : editing begins after client has selected photos based on the number of edits as per selected package (additional edits available). Standard editing time is 3-5 business days after client has made selections.
For all other services : please inquire with a member of our team.
what is the cancellation policy?
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel any photography services. Failure to notify us within 48-hours will result in a fee of $100.
Please note, all deposits are non-refundable.
which services offer a payment plan?
Only Tier 3 services offer a payment plan option. For payment plan options we have partnered with Sezzle. Once on the checkout page, please select sizzle as your payment option & you will be redirected to a Sezzle page via a new window.
